We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging with tags attached and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
